### Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You get a 7-day Seed trial — no credit card required. Stay on Seed or upgrade to Bloom when you're ready.

### What happens when my trial ends?

Your workspace stays exactly as you left it — documents, conversations, everything. You just can't send new messages or upload until you pick a plan. No data is deleted.

### Can I switch between Seed and Bloom?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately — no waiting for the next billing cycle.

### What counts as a 'user'?

Every team member with a login — employees, contractors, freelancers. Seed includes up to 5, Bloom up to 15. Everyone gets the same features; access levels control what they can see, not what they can do.

### How does the question limit work?

Each person gets roughly 20 questions per day, averaged over the month. Heavy days balance out with lighter ones. Voice memos count as one question each. Your cap resets each month.

### Is tax included in the price?

Prices shown are before tax. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

### What if I need more than 15 users?
